Goods/products purchased are not refundable. Customers may choose to exchange it for a product of equal or lower value. However, if product is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
Returned products must be in good condition with a receipt/proof of purchase and should still have original tags/labels. Customers may return items within 7 days of purchase by notifying the Hi-5 customer service. Customers will have to incur costs associated to the return of products including currency conversion rates. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Once a request of exchange is made, the process will begin after Management has inspected the returned product according to the above mentioned requirements.
Customers are required to provide the information below to begin product exchange process:
- Date order was placed
- Receipt and tracking number, if applicable
- Brief description of problem
